It is the King's birthday here in Thailand, which means it is Father's Day as well! It also means it is a holiday, and school is closed. Yay!
I am not too sure of what the Thais do to celebrate. I will have to ask my students tomorrow and report back to you. All I know is that they have giagantic pictures of the King everywhere, including our front entrance. There is also a "guest book" that everyone is supposed to sign and send well wishes to the King.
In honour of my dad, I decided to show you all a picture of something that makes me proud of him....his ability to shoot bucks with very interesting antlers. Way to go dad!
